For the preparation and professional review of your Green Card Renewal/Replacement documents we charge a fee of $295 once you finish and submit your application through our online system.
USCIS' fee
Beginning April 1st 2024, the new USCIS' filing & biometric fees will be:
USCIS Filing & Biometric Fee: $465
All applicants are required by U.S. law to pay this mandatory USCIS' fee.
Cases that do not require to pay the USCIS' fee
If your case belongs to one of the following categories, you will not have to pay any USCIS' fee:
1.- My previous card was issued but never received:
There is no fee, but you must meet these criteria:
- USCIS mailed the card over 30 days ago
- It was returned to USCIS as undeliverable
- You have not moved from the address you provided to the USCIS
You will need to:
- Submit a copy of the Form I 797, Notice of Action, for Form I 485, Form I 751,
Form I 829, or Form I 90 that resulted in the issuance of your card.
- Submit a copy of government-issued identification that contains your name, date of birth, photograph
and signature.
2.- My existing card has incorrect data because of USCIS error:
There is no fee, but you must:
- Send USCIS the original card that contains the incorrect information
- Send evidence documenting your correct name or biographical information
3.- I have reached my 14th birthday, and my existing card will expire after my 16th birthday:
USCIS Filing Fee: 0 *
Biometric Fee: $85
Total USCIS Fee: $85
* You must file your application within 30 days after your 14th birthday.
USCIS won’t refund your money, even if your application is denied. Our immigration specialists will make sure your application is 100% correct and complies with all the USCIS' regulations.
You will only have to pay these fees once every 10 years and it will prevent you from all the disadvantages of having an expired or lost green card like:
- Unable to apply for a new job.
- Problems re-entering the United States if you travel abroad.
- Driver´s License problems.
- Mortgage Loans problems.
- Unable to apply for U.S. Citizenship
